Liability for content

Pursuant to § 7, Paragraph 1 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act), as a service provider we are responsible under general law for our own content on this website. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged as service providers to monitor transferred or stored external information from third parties, or to conduct research into circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or bar the use of information as stipulated by general legislation remain unaffected by this. Liability in this regard is only possible after the point in time when a specific legal infringement becomes known. Upon receiving notice, we shall remove the content concerned immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot assume any responsibility for this external content. Responsibility for the content of the linked sites always lies with the respective provider or operator of the websites. The linked pages were checked for potentially illegal content at the time when the links were created and no unlawful content was evident at that point in time.  However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is unfeasible without specific evidence of a legal infringement.
